At Gladiator, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Gladiator Equine products, with the exception of earplugs. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If the Gladiator Equine Product does not meet your expectations within 30 days of your purchase date, we invite you to take advantage of our refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund process. Please ensure you retain your receipt or any purchase confirmation documentation.
  • Condition of the Product: While we understand the product may have been used, we ask that it is returned in as good a condition as received. Please include all original packaging and materials.

How to Initiate a Refund

If you need to request a refund for your Gladiator Equine Product, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide Purchase Information: Be ready to provide proof of purchase details when requested. This information will help us to verify your order and expedite your refund quickly. Upon verification, a return label will be sent to the email address provided.
  3. Return the Product: Instructions for returning the Gladiator Equine Product will be provided during your call. The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund check which will be mailed to the address the device was mailed. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund check to be received. Note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

**Please note that the 30-day money-back guarantee is for all devices except the earplugs. 

Earplugs Return Policy

Gladiator Equine Ă— Plughz ear plug purchases are backed by our defective item warranty. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us at [email protected] with your original receipt and a description of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions, and once we receive the defective item, we’ll send a free replacement. This warranty applies for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If your item fails after 6 months, we’ll honor 20% off a new pair upon return of the defective product with your original receipt up until one year of the original purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective. Please note that only manufacturing defects are eligible — items are not accepted for return for other reasons.
